Submit Annual Financials

Servicing your SBA 504 Loan requires that TCM CDC monitor the following information on an annual basis (should they apply to your loan):

Financial Information:

  • Annual Financial Statements on both the Borrowing and Operating Entities.
  • Insurance Information:
  • Hazard Insurance on the collateral property securing the loan.
  • Personal Property Insurance on the equipment purchased with the loan proceeds.
  • Liability Insurance
  • Worker’s Compensation Insurance
  • Flood Insurance

Please send the financial information to our office each year. Most insurance companies will send us evidence of insurance, but if you change insurance carriers we will need you to notify your new agent to have the SBA/CDC named on your policy as follows:

Lender’s Loss Payable (for Equipment)
