Twin Cities-Metro Certified Development Company (TCM CDC) is a non-profit corporation that was established in 1990 to stimulate the growth of small businesses by providing access to the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 loan program.
Local
TCM was originally approved to administer the program to six counties in the metro area of Minneapolis-St. Paul, including Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Carver, Scott, and Dakota.
TCM’s area of operation rapidly expanded to include the entire state of Minnesota and select counties in Western Wisconsin (Polk, Barron, St. Croix, Dunn, Pierce, Pepin, Buffalo, Trempealeau, La Crosse).
Capable
TCM has grown to one of the largest CDCs in the country by successfully partnering with business owners and financial institutions throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
