Record Low 504 Rates Across the Board

The SBA 504 loan program has reached a milestone for the March, 2020 funding. In the 34-year history of the program, rates have never been this low. Take advantage of the SBA 504 program and remove interest rate uncertainty with a fully amortizing fixed rate loan.
