TCM is the largest 504 loan producer in Minnesota
Based on final numbers for Fiscal Year 2007, Twin Cities-Metro CDC approved 168 loans in the State of Minnesota. TCM is the largest SBA 504 producer in the State of Minnesota for Fiscal Year 2007 In addition, TCM funded 10 loans in the State of Wisconsin.

Western Wisconsin Expansion TCM has been granted approval for expansion into six additional Wisconsin counties.
